Simple Version of Egg Yolk Cake

First wrap the salted duck egg yolk with red bean paste.

Then wrap the red bean paste with egg tart wrapper as shown in the picture.
3.
Bake in the oven at 200°C for 15 minutes.
4.
Take it out in the oven and brush with the egg yolk liquid.
5.
Sprinkle with black sesame seeds and roast for five minutes.
6.
Finished picture.
