Simple Version of Spicy Cabbage

Prepare the ingredients. 1 apple, 4 garlics, 1 large piece of ginger.

Soak the ground chili in a small amount of warm water for a while.

Chop apple, ginger, and garlic into finely chop, stir in the chopped chili, add sugar and a small amount of salt.
