Slimming Salad with Orange Juice

Ingredients: appropriate amount of croutons (don't put them if you don't have them), a small amount of olive oil (or tasteless cooking oil), 500 grams of wild lettuce (Feldsalat, or ordinary salad lettuce), 5 small tomatoes, 1 orange. In addition: one spoonful to one and a half spoonfuls of honey (if there is no honey, use sugar instead, to ensure that the sugar is completely melted), salt and pepper are appropriate.

Wash wild lettuce and drain.

The small tomatoes are divided into four and cut into pieces. Squeeze the orange juice.

Make orange juice: a small amount of olive oil, orange juice, honey, salt and pepper. Stir well.

Pour in wild lettuce and small tomatoes.

Use two spoons as an aid and mix well.

Add croutons and/or cheese cubes when serving.
