Small Fish Mixed with Black Peanuts

1. Put black peanuts into the roasting cage

2. Cover the lid, put it in the oven at 180 degrees and bake for 25 minutes, simmer for a while with the remaining temperature

3. Soak the small dried fish in cold water for twenty minutes

4. Wash a few times and control the moisture

5. Fry the small dried fish in the oil until golden brown
