I did it for the first time, and it turned out to be extremely successful! Because I put 30 grams of whole wheat flour, it can only be half small and half wheat, haha. "

Small Half Wheat Toast

1. 150 grams of flour, 10 grams of sugar, 3 grams of yeast, and half of milk, mix together to make a starter and ferment for an hour until the dough looks like holes.

2. Then add the rest except the butter, add 30 grams of whole wheat flour and start kneading! I knead the dough just like pulling clothes. I don’t have a bread machine. I knead it by hand. After kneading it smooth, I add butter and continue to knead until the so-called film is formed.

3. I use a steamer to boil water to ferment, but I can’t cook it too much.

4. Then take it out into the desired portions and proof them for 20 minutes, then roll them up and put them in a toast mold to continue to ferment twice as large. You can also put them in a steamer. After all, not everyone has a bread machine.

5. OK, put it in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes. I put raisin and coconut in the oven, it's very fragrant!

6. delicious! .

Tips:

It is really tiring to knead the dough by hand for at least half an hour, but it is not impossible to make bread, it can be done by hand! Not going to use butter next time! Because of high cholesterol, try making whole grains!
