Small Refreshing Mint Syrup

Wash the mint leaves, add a small amount of water and lemon juice, and crush them with a food processor; add rock sugar to the mint leaf juice, simmer or steam for about an hour

After the rock sugar is completely dissolved, filter out the mint leaf residue in the juice

It can be filtered several times to make the syrup clearer. After the syrup is cooled, put it into a high-temperature sterilized container and you are done. The chilled mint syrup can be stored for about 2 weeks!
