Smile Often ------ Glutinous Rice Date

1. Wash the red dates, soak them in water for about 1 hour, and then cut them from the middle (but don't cut them) to remove the date cores.

2. Take a container, pour glutinous rice flour, add warm water, and make a dough. The ratio of glutinous rice flour to water is 2:1.

3. Take a small piece of glutinous rice that is smaller than the red dates, knead it into a dough about the same length as the red dates, stuff it into the red dates from which the jujube cores are taken out, and finish in sequence.

4. Put the finished glutinous rice dates in a plate and steam for 10 minutes in a steamer.

5. In a separate pot, pour an appropriate amount of boiling water, add sugar, honey, and a little water starch, and stir gently. When the juice becomes transparent and viscous, pour the soup on the steamed glutinous rice and jujube, and then you can do it as you like Sprinkle in black sesame seeds, white sesame seeds or other dried fruits.

6. A plate of soft glutinous and sweet glutinous rice dates is OK! It's really delicious! ^_^...
