Snails, Cordyceps Flower and Dragon Bone Soup

Soak the dried snails with ginger for 4 hours, and then they will become soft; after the keel is flying with water to remove the blood foam, put them in a casserole;

For those who are afraid of oil, just heat it after cooling and degreasing.

1. Add ginger to remove fishy snails;
2. After cleaning the cordyceps flower, soak it, and pour the soaked mushroom water into the soup to increase the fragrance;
3. Keel fly water, remove blood foam and oil;
4. The simmering time needs to be enough, a shorter time will not taste bad.
