Snow Chrysanthemum Hawthorn Tea

Pick fresh hawthorn, wash and soak in brine for 10 minutes;

Remove the head, tail, and seeds of the hawthorn, and cut into quarters;

The snow chrysanthemum is scalded with boiling water for the first time, pour out the water and drain;

Hawthorn pieces and snow chrysanthemum, add appropriate amount of water, put it in a pot and boil, then simmer for 2 minutes;
5.
Strain the brewed tea, add honey and mix well when drinking;
Tips:
1. Hawthorn needs to be soaked and washed in salt water;
2. The snow chrysanthemum needs to be poured in boiling water for the first time, and the tea made is fragrant;
3. Honey should be added when drinking warm water, otherwise the nutrition of honey will be lost.
