Snow Lotus Seed, Rock Sugar, Pear Soup

1. Ingredients: Snow lotus seeds, pears, rock sugar, wolfberry.

2. Soak snow lotus seeds, wolfberry, pears and cut into pieces for later use.

3. Pour rock sugar, pears, and snow lotus seeds into a saucepan.

4. Choose dessert and simmer for three hours.

5. Add wolfberry before serving.

6. Finished picture.

Tips:

Snow lotus seeds need to be soaked for more than eight hours.
There is no saucepan and others are fine.
