Prepare the materials:-

Cut the green onion, coriander, shiitake mushroom, and green onion into small cubes.

Put the green onion, coriander mushrooms, and diced green onions into the minced meat.

Add appropriate amount of oil, soy sauce, oyster sauce, chicken powder, eggs and starch and stir well.

Open the tofu in two with a knife, and turn the tofu inside out.
(I prefer to flip the tofu and stuffed stuff like this, it tastes more crispy when fried)

Stuff the stuffing in tofu.

Heat the pan with oil, put the tofu into the pan, and fry on low heat until golden or until the tofu skin is cooked.

Add some oil to the pot and saute the shallots. Add the protein liquid, pour a little water, and then add starch to collect the juice.
