Soba Noodles

Yanmen Qinggao organic pure tartary buckwheat flour and high-gluten flour are mixed in a ratio of 1:4;

Add appropriate amount of water, a small amount of oil and salt to make a harder dough, divide into noodles, and cut into noodles;

Three tablespoons of Korean fried sauce, two tablespoons of light soy sauce, one tablespoon of old soy sauce, plus one tablespoon of white sesame seeds, pour into a bowl, add a little water to drain;

Fat and lean pork belly, cut into pieces separately, add cooking wine and pepper to marinate for 15 minutes; chop carrots and onions for later use;

Boil water in a pot, top noodles, cook and remove, over cool water;
