Sober Up Vinegar Soup

We are going to break a piece of miscellaneous bone. Add water. Use a pressure cooker to press a bowl of broth. If you are afraid of trouble, this step can be omitted.

Cut ginger into small pieces. Cut the shallots into small pieces.

Pour the pressed stock into the pot. Add more crushed ginger. Boil on high fire.

After boiling, we start to season it. Vinegar, light soy sauce, salt. Put it in and cook for another minute.

Turn off the heat, add MSG, and sprinkle with chopped green onions.

A simple vinegar soup is ready, sobering up is particularly effective.
Tips:
This soup must be boiled before being seasoned. Vinegar needs to be released later, so that its sour taste can reach its limit.
