Sober Up Vinegar Soup

1. We are going to break a piece of miscellaneous bone. Add water. Use a pressure cooker to press a bowl of broth. If you are afraid of trouble, this step can be omitted.

2. Cut ginger into small pieces. Cut the shallots into small pieces.

3. Pour the pressed stock into the pot. Add more crushed ginger. Boil on high fire.
