Ingredients

Soft Glutinous Sweet Eight-treasure Porridge

1. Wash the multi-grain rice and soak it in water for 2 hours

2. Add 2500ml of water to the soaked rice and bring to a boil on high heat

3. After the high heat is boiled, turn to low heat and cook for 20 minutes

4. Add the washed red dates, wolfberries, walnuts, and raisins, and continue to cook for 15 minutes

5. Cook the multi-grain rice, add brown sugar and stir until it melts, add water starch, and cook until it becomes viscous on high heat.

Tips:

Because the multi-grain rice is soaked in water in advance, the whole process can be done with a low heat. The eight-treasure porridge cooked in this way is soft, sweet and nutritious
