Soft Tofu Cheese Cake

Prepare ingredients: 165g Cream Cheese, 40g fine sugar, 88g soft tofu, 30ml passion fruit juice, 10g corn starch, 95g egg white; 20g mirror pectin, 5ml passion fruit juice.

165g of Cream Cheese softens at room temperature. Add 40g of caster sugar

Sift 88g soft tofu and mix well.

Add 30ml passion fruit juice and stir well.

Add 95g egg white and stir well.

Sift in 10g corn starch and mix evenly to form a cheese paste.

The mold is covered with silicone oil paper, and the mold is wrapped with tin foil. Pour the cheese paste.

After the oven is fully preheated, the mold is placed in the bakeware, and the bakeware is filled with hot water.

Bake, bake up and down at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.

Stir 20g mirror pectin until it is smooth and flowing, add 5ml passion fruit juice and stir evenly for later use.

After the soft tofu cheese cake is cooled in the oven, top with mirror pectin and then cut into pieces.
