A delicious meal related to kimchi, sour and refreshing, spicy! The rhythm that can't stop at all!

Ingredients

Sour Cowpea Minced Beef

1. Chop the beef into minced meat or stir it directly in the meat stall.

2. Dice sour cowpeas, I bought them directly at the supermarket.

3. Spicy celery and millet, diced and set aside.

4. Add oil to the pan, stir-fry the green onion, ginger, and garlic in the pan until fragrant.

5. Stir fragrant with a spoonful of bean paste and stir-fry with red oil.

6. Then add minced beef and stir fry for a while.

7. Add the sour cowpea and continue to stir-fry for about a minute.

8. Finally, add diced celery and millet pepper and stir-fry for about a minute, then add pepper powder, sugar, and chicken essence to season.

Tips:

1. Spicy dishes, if you are afraid of spicy, you can not put the spicy millet.
2. Sour cowpea and bean paste have high salt content, so there is almost no need to add salt. If you need to, you must try Ghaha.
