Sour Fungus

Ingredients include: water fungus, ginger garlic, coriander, chili, vinegar, sugar, salt, soy sauce, starch, and sesame oil.

After cutting the fungus into strips, boil a pot of water, pour the fungus into the boiled water for 3 or 4 minutes, and then they can be cooked.
