Stir-fried Fungus with Rice White

Wash the bamboo shoots and cut the roller blade for later use.

Wash water-fat fungus, cut into small pieces and slice garlic for later use.

Heat up a frying pan, add garlic slices and sauté.

Stir in the fungus for a while.

Then put the rice whites and stir fry together. If it feels dry, add appropriate amount of water and stir fry, add salt and seasoning.

Finally, add chicken essence and cook.
