I grabbed all the ingredients for making sour plum soup from the Chinese pharmacy, and DIY at home without any additives, so I can drink it with confidence. In a simple way, the taste is completely the same as the sour plum soup sold outside. In the hot summer, get a cup of iced sour plum soup, or just put ice cubes in it, and fill it with Meimei to ensure that your entire oral cavity bursts out instantly!

Ingredients

1. Rinse all the ingredients (black plum, licorice slices, dried hawthorn and Luo Han Guo) with clean water, pour in enough cold water and soak for 20 minutes

2. First turn on high heat and boil

3. Turn to low heat and cook for 10 minutes, add rock sugar

4. Turn off the heat, cover and simmer for half an hour

6. After cooling, add ice cubes (I used watermelon juice frozen ice cubes, so the soup has a faint red color) or serve after iced
