Sour Plum Drink

Rinse all the ingredients (black plum, licorice slices, dried hawthorn and Luo Han Guo) with clean water, pour in enough cold water and soak for 20 minutes

First turn on high heat and boil

Turn to low heat and cook for 10 minutes, add rock sugar

Turn off the heat, cover and simmer for half an hour

Remove the dregs and take only the soup

After cooling, add ice cubes (I used watermelon juice frozen ice cubes, so the soup has a faint red color) or serve after iced
