Sour Plum Soup

Get the required materials ready

Soak the material for 5 minutes

Fill the pot with cold water 70% full, and add the ingredients for making sour plum soup

After boiling on medium heat, add some old rock sugar

Add osmanthus to taste, turn off the heat and let stand for 10 minutes

Strain the sour plum soup twice, and drink it or refrigerate it after the heat is dissipated.

Tips:
If you don’t have cloves and osmanthus, you can leave them alone, you can mix them with medicinal materials as needed
