Sour Plum Soup

Preparation materials: 30 grams of ebony plum, 50 grams of dried hawthorn, 15 grams of tangerine peel, 3 grams of licorice, (this ratio is the most reasonable on the Internet)

Wash all the materials with clean water to remove the floating dust. The method can be the same as that of shiitake mushrooms. That is: pour the materials into the water and use chopsticks to draw circles in the water at high speed.

Soak the washed materials in clean water for half an hour
