Sour Plum Soup—a Refreshing Summer Drink

Prepare the materials.

Rinse the ebony, hawthorn, and licorice with running water, then soak for 20 minutes, rinse again carefully to control the moisture.

Put the washed ingredients into the boiling pot and add water.

The fire boiled.

Tips:
1. Wumei must go to a Chinese medicine store to buy (don’t buy snacks in the supermarket).
2. Black plum and rock sugar are necessary materials, dried hawthorn and sweet-scented osmanthus are not necessary and can be added at will.
3. The more you put the ebony plum, the stronger the flavor. After you cook it once, adjust it according to your preferences.
