Sour Radish Lao Duck Soup

Fresh old duck, chop small pieces. (This step can ask the boss of the meat seller to do it for you)

After cleaning the sundries, soak in cooking wine for 1 hour, changing the water 2~3 times in between.

Soak the duck meat in a pot under cold water, add cooking wine, ginger slices, and peppercorns for about 8 minutes.

The blanched duck is rinsed under running water and drained.

Sour radish and soup bag are prepared.

Wash the pickled radish and cut into hob pieces, and cut the ginger into thick slices.

The blanched duck meat, ginger, sour radish and soup bag are all put into the saucepan.

Add enough hot water to fill the ingredients.

Put it into an electric cooker and select the soup program for 2 hours.

Add refined salt to taste after the soup is boiled.

Stir well and put it in a bowl, and you can enjoy it beautifully.
Tips:
1: If there is no sour radish, just add it to the soup bag you bought. Elf is because there is a large portion of the pot, and there are soaked sour radishes at home, so I added another one.
2: If you feel too much floating oil, you can salvage a part of it, don't waste it, use it to cook noodles and eat them fresh.
3: When there are few people in the family, the amount of ingredients can be halved.
4: If the taste is light, you can taste the taste first and then confirm how much salt you add.
