Sour Radish Lao Duck Soup

The duck is cleaned and chopped into large pieces; the sour radish is cut in half and cross-cut into thick slices; the old ginger is smashed and set aside

Pour the duck pieces into the wok and stir-fry, and keep the water vapor.

Add appropriate amount of water, add sour radish slices, ginger, and pepper, bring to a boil

Pour into the pressure cooker
5.
Use the "chicken/duck" mode to simmer and stew until tender

Tips:
1. The sour radish is best to be soaked in your own old jar, and the one with ginger and chili in it is the best. The longer the soaking time, the better, the sourness is enough and slightly spicy;
2. If the radish has not been soaked for a long time and the sourness is not enough, you can add an appropriate amount of kimchi water to the soup;
3. You can also add some pickled ginger and pickled peppers.
