Sour Soup Wonton

To make wonton filling: mince pork, add salt, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, a little five-spice powder, appropriate amount of chopped green onion and ginger, and mix well;

Blanch the shredded carrots and enoki mushrooms with boiling water, remove the cold water, chop them into the minced pieces, add them to the meat filling, stir evenly, and the wonton filling is ready;

Roll the dough into thin noodles, cut into 5 cm wide square pieces, put the wonton filling in the middle of the square noodles, and wrap them into wontons;

Heat the water in the pot, add the wontons and cook them. After the wontons float up, add half a bowl of cold water, and the wontons will float up again and they will be cooked;

Prepare a bowl, add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of chili powder, 1 tablespoon of white sesame seeds, 1 tablespoon of minced green onion and garlic, a little salt, and a little sugar. Blanch it with hot oil and add half a bowl of boiling water. The soup is adjusted;
