Soy Milk Lily Rice

Prepare soy milk, rice and lilies.

The lily is soaked in water for 5 hours in advance.

Wash the rice and put it in a casserole.

Put in the soaked lily.

Pour in the right amount of soy milk.

Put the casserole on the fire, cover the lid and cook slowly over a small fire.

Add a little lard when the soy milk rises.

Turn off the heat and simmer for 3 minutes, then turn it on and simmer for one minute at the lowest heat, then turn off the heat and simmer for 3 minutes. Repeat this several times to slowly simmer the rice.
Tips:
This rice is slowly simmered with the remaining temperature of the casserole. When cooking the rice, always use the minimum fire. If it is troublesome, you can cook it in a rice cooker. The amount of soy milk is the amount of water used to cook the rice.
