Soy Milk Oden

The dish I’m going to do today is called "soybean milk oden". Oden is a special diet from northeast my country. The ingredients usually include boiled eggs, radish, konjac, bamboo wheel, etc. These ingredients are cooked in kelp or bonito soup. It can be used as a meal or as a snack.
The methods of making oden are different in different parts of the Kanto region. However, unlike ordinary pot dishes, oden is easy to make, and the ingredients can be put into the soup at any time. Therefore, this kind of cuisine is especially popular in winter.
The main ingredients prepared first are 1000 ml of fresh soy milk and a spoonful of miso.

Miso is made from soybeans, fermented with salt and different kinds of koji. It can be made into soup, cooked with meat, and made into hot pot soup. Because miso is rich in protein, amino acids and dietary fiber, regular eating is good for your health. Drinking miso soup when the weather turns cold can also warm your body and refresh your stomach. In addition, miso is very similar to Tohoku miso, bean paste, soybean paste, tempeh, etc., which are produced by the propagation of molds from beans.

Pour the beaten soy milk into a ceramic pot. Remember to cook soy milk in an aluminum pot. You can use glass pots or ceramics. Place the ceramic pot on a gas stove and slowly boil it over low heat, then pour in the prepared miso and stir while cooking with a spoon.

Tips:
