Soy Milk Pudding

Pour the granulated sugar into the soy milk and heat until the sugar melts. Skim off the scum and cool down to 50 degrees.

Soak the gelatine slices in ice water to soften, wring out the water, put it in warm soy milk, and stir evenly.
3.
Pour into the mold and fill it up. Put it in the refrigerator overnight.
4.
Demould after being completely solidified.
5.
Strong fragrance and smooth.
