Soy Milk Pudding

Wash the soybeans, soak for one day, remove and drain

Put 2 large bowls of water and beans into the wall breaker

Choose soy milk function to work

After the soy milk is done, drain off the bean dregs

3 gelatine tablets soak in water to soften

Take 500ml of soy milk, 30g of white sugar, and soaked gelatine slices into a small milk pot, heat it on low heat until the gelatine is completely melted

Pour into the pudding bottle

Put it in the refrigerator freezer for 3 hours and wait until the pudding has solidified

Finally, sprinkle with a layer of caramel sauce and serve
Tips:
1. The beans must be soaked for more than one day in advance. The soy milk function of Midea's wall breaker is used here, and the ground soy milk is very smooth
2. The ground soy milk must be filtered out of the bean dregs, and the pudding made in this way is delicious.
3. Gelatine tablets can be used, if not, agar can be used instead, but the taste is not as good as the gelatine version
