Soy Pumpkin Congee

Soak the soybeans in advance.

Wash the broken rice and marinate in a little salt and olive oil for about half an hour.

Put the marinated broken rice into the pressure cooker.

Then add soybeans and pumpkin.

Pour about half a pot of water, boil for about half an hour on high heat, and turn off the heat after about ten minutes on low heat.
