Soy Yogurt

After washing 50 grams of soybeans, add 1000 ml of water, use a wall breaker to make soy milk, and add 70 grams of white sugar to taste while hot.

Strain 700 grams of soy milk and cool it to a state where it is not hot.

Add 300 grams of pure milk to the cooled soy milk.

Add 1 gram of yogurt baking powder.

Stir gently in the same direction with a spoon to distribute the baking powder evenly into the mixture.

Put it in a yogurt maker, warm water bath, and ferment for 8 hours.

After fermentation is complete, it can be eaten. It tastes better after being refrigerated.
Tips:
Please consume the prepared soy yogurt as soon as possible, the best tasting period is 3 days.
