Soymilk Machine Version Pig Skin Jelly

Buy 1 piece of pig skin for about 5 yuan, which is suitable for the amount of our soymilk machine. Try to choose the one with as little hair as possible, otherwise it will collapse.

Put the diced skin and the boiled water (remove the ingredients and use only water) into the soymilk machine, and use the whole grains file. My water volume is the upper limit of the soymilk machine. If the cooking water is not enough, you can add fresh water. If you like the taste is harder, just add less water.

Pour into the mold, preferably a small bowl for one meal, and put it in the refrigerator for more than 3 hours after cooling.

This is a frozen skin jelly. Q Yu is refreshing. You can slice it in a bowl with a knife before eating, and use a spoon to draw a circle along the side to release the mold.
