Spaghetti

The fresh pork bought in the vegetable farm or supermarket, the loin meat I chose here is more tender!

Wash and drain the water, cut into thin shreds and then chop into minced meat.

Pour in chopped onion and chopped green pepper and continue to sauté. Fry the chopped onion and chopped green pepper until soft.

Add minced meat and continue to stir fry.

Add the right amount of tomato sauce.

Add appropriate amount of water and simmer over low heat.

Start another pot to boil hot water.

Add the pasta after the water is boiled.

Cover the lid and cook for about 25 minutes, so that you can use chopsticks to hold a piece of noodles and taste that there is no hard core inside.

Quickly pick up the pasta and drain the water and put it into the sauce that is simmered on a low heat, and use chopsticks to fully stir the pasta and sauce evenly.
