Spiced Braised Beef

Soak beef shank and pork in clean water for more than two hours, blanch them and take them out

Put a little oil in the pan and fry the pork belly

Let the light soy sauce and sugar continue to fry until golden on both sides

Transfer to a casserole, add beef tendon and pork belly
