Spiced Chicken Feet

(1) Wash the fresh chicken feet and cut off the tips of the chicken feet. Let dry.

(3) After the oil is hot, put the red pepper, ginger, and chopped green onion in the pot.

(5) Add cinnamon, star anise, 20G sugar, 30G fresh soy sauce, cooking wine color, add a little hot water or stock, cover the pot and cook for 15 minutes to see if it is crispy.
