Braised Chicken Feet
1.
First, the chicken feet are treated. Rinse the chicken feet with water first, and then cut off the sharp nails with scissors.
2.
Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot, then add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, put the chicken feet to a boil over high heat, skim the surface foam, remove the chicken feet, run in cold water, and drain the water for later use.
3.
When cooking the chicken feet, prepare the spices. Wash the ginger, peel it and cut it into slices. Remove the roots of the chives and wash and tie them into knots.
4.
Today I used a pressure cooker to make this chicken feet, so I said it’s a lazy quick recipe. First, boil the sugar color. Pour a little cooking oil in the DHS pressure cooker, add rock sugar, stir fry on low heat, and stir until rock sugar. Melted and blistered, showing a caramel color away from the fire.
5.
Quickly pour the chicken feet, stir fry evenly, then put the chicken feet on a plate and set aside.
6.
Wash the pressure cooker and wipe dry the water. Pour in a little cooking oil after high heat. Add ginger slices, star anise, cinnamon, and Chinese pepper to 50% of the oil temperature, and sauté on low heat.
7.
Then add 1 tablespoon of bean paste and stir-fry evenly, then add chicken feet, add dried chili and stir-fry well.
8.
Then top with rice wine, light soy sauce and oyster sauce, then add a little salt and stir-fry evenly.
9.
Finally, add an appropriate amount of water, put the onion knots, cover the lid, and bring to a boil.
10.
After SAIC, turn to medium high heat and cook for 5 minutes.
11.
Turn off the heat after 5 minutes, open the lid after the pressure cooker is completely exhausted, and remove the spices after the high heat collects the juice.
12.
Put the chicken feet on a plate, put green onion leaves on the surface to decorate, and the delicious braised chicken feet are ready.
13.
The chicken feet look red and bright, and they are very appetizing.
