Spiced Dace Stuffed with Tofu Plate

In the past, soft tofu was used to make yong tofu. This time I chose a tofu plate, which has a bit of texture.

The minced carp stuffing bought from the market still smells fishy, so I added sesame oil, five-spice powder, soy sauce, stirred with chopsticks, and smelled it. It's so fragrant! There is no fishy smell.

Use a spoon to fill the skin of the tofu board with a spoon, fill it in evenly, and just thin it out.

Fry it in the frying pan. If it is a pan, you can fry the tofu board at one time. Unfortunately, this is not the case. You can only fry it three times.

When it's done, put it on the plate, and put a rose for decoration.
