Spiced Pine and Bean Sprout
1.
The bean sprouts are picked from the nursery box. (My bean sprouts are grown by myself. The hydroponic sprouts are very simple. After the seeds are planted, I water them twice a day, and I can eat them in a week)
2.
Cut off the roots
3.
Wash
4.
Boil water in a pot, put the bean sprouts in, add a little salt, and remove the bean sprouts when they become soft
5.
Put the bean sprouts in cold water, drizzle with Japanese-style soy sauce, and sprinkle with fragrant pine.
Tips:
1. If the bean sprouts are sold in the supermarket, you can buy them in the supermarket
2. The bean sprouts are very fresh and sweet, and do not need too much extra seasoning
3. Sprinkle with fragrant pine (I used bonito flavour), seaweed, sesame, bonito flavour, and bean sprouts. The taste is wonderful, you need to try it yourself~~ If you don’t have fragrant pine, just sprinkle some sesame seeds.
