Spicy Beef Jerky

Cut the ginger, green onion into sections, mince garlic, star anise, herb and dry seasoning for later use.

Cut the Niu Jian into large slices, add water to the pot, add sliced ginger, green onion, star anise, pepper, cooking wine and boil for 45 minutes.

Remove and drain the water and cut into small strips for later use.

Pour oil into the wok, add dried chili, star anise, herb, sesame pepper, garlic and fry until fragrant, pour beef strips, soy sauce, and all-spice powder and stir fry.

Stir-fry for a while until there is no moisture in the pot, then add some light soy sauce, sprinkle with cumin powder and chicken essence and stir well.
