Beef sauce, I made the third wave at home this winter. You can have a spoonful of bibimbap or even stir-fry. It's so fragrant!

Spicy Beef Sauce

1. Beef tendon, add green onion, ginger, garlic, coriander (you can leave it alone), rock sugar, soy sauce, boil on high heat, skim the froth, and cook for one and a half hours with a lid on low heat

2. Pound star anise, grass fruit, cumin, cinnamon and other spices into powder

3. Soak the dried chilies in hot water for ten minutes, chop them, and cut the pickled chilies

4. The peanuts are fried and the tempeh can be replaced with tempeh or your favorite sauce

5. Pleurotus eryngii, dried bamboo shoots cut

6. Ahhhhh, the meat is ready, I really want to hug and bite, but I have to endure it

7. Stir-fry pesto and pickled peppers in a wok

8. Sauté out and fry the dried eryngii mushrooms and bamboo shoots. The pleurotus eryngii needs to be fried and the water is fried.

9. Beef cut into pieces, big beef sauce is so affordable

10. Wide oil in the pot, add dried red chili, the purpose of soaking the dried red chili in water is that this step is not easy to paste

11. Add pickled peppers, garlic, and spice powder

12. Add shiitake mushrooms and dried bamboo shoots, stir-fry well

13. Add tempeh and beef

14. Stir-fry the water and taste the saltiness. If the tempeh is replaced with sauce, basically you don’t need to add salt. If you like, add white sesame seeds before serving.

Tips:

1. Beef sauce is usually made with minced meat or beef tenderloin, but because the meat is too small, it feels like you can’t eat it.
2. Add the beef at the end to prevent it from getting old. Pleurotus eryngii can be replaced with shiitake mushrooms
3. You can also add walnuts, fungus and other ingredients. When the vegetables are cooked, add a little salt to the bottom, and I wish everyone a good appetite
