Spicy Boiled Fish Fillet

Prepare fresh grass carp.

Prepare Huangfeihong spicy peanuts.

Tips:
1. It is also great to make spicy boiled fish with soybean sprouts.
2. There is no spicy peanuts, but Chinese pepper and dried red peppers can also be used.
3. I personally think that salt is better for marinating fish fillets. The fish fillets marinated in light soy sauce are much better in terms of meat quality and taste, but the color is not so white and tender.
