Spicy Boneless Duck Feet

Thaw the duck feet and wash them.

Prepare green onion, ginger, garlic, pepper, star anise, dried chili, rock sugar, hot pot base, chopped pepper sauce.

Duck feet in a pot of cold water, put cooking wine and ginger in blanching water, boil the water to remove the foam, cook for 3 minutes, remove the impurities and control the water for later use.
