Spicy Crab

Prepare ingredients. (For cooked and frozen king crabs, take the part of the crab melon), preferably steamed small crabs.

Cut off the sharp thorns on the crab gourd, break it into small sections along the joints, cut the sides to make it easier to taste, and steam it in a steamer for 8 minutes to take out.
