Sauteed Seafood Assorted

Prepare the ingredients, cut the tender tofu into pieces, cut the unknown but non-toxic mushrooms, cut the ginger into thin slices, and put the chopped green onion and garlic into pieces.

Heat oil over high heat, add sliced ginger, pepper powder, tempeh sauce, and chili sauce until fragrant.

Put in the prepared mushroom strips and stir fry the whole process.

Add shrimp and crab legs.

Add tomato sauce and stir fry.

Finally, when the seafood is almost cooked, add tender tofu to retain the tofu aroma. Because my crab legs are cooked, it takes less than two minutes to get out of the pot from the time when the seafood is put in. Raw crab legs take longer.

Spread the chopped green onion and garlic, and serve on a plate.
Tips:
The fire is the key throughout the whole process, and the onion and garlic will enhance the flavor before serving.
