Spicy Crab Claws

Ingredients: green onions. ginger slices. dried red peppers. pepper. sesame pepper. star anise. Pixian bean paste.

Put the washed crab claws into a boiling pot and add water.

In another hot pot, pour the cold oil into the Pixian bean paste and stir-fry to produce the red oil.

Put the soy sauce, light soy sauce, huadiao wine, and all the ingredients into the pot with crab claws. Bring to a boil on high heat. Then reduce the heat to simmer for ten minutes.

It tastes better after two hours.
