Spicy Fish Head

Clean up the fish head and wash it.

Wash the red pepper and cut into sections.

Heat oil, fry the chives, ginger and garlic.

Add red pepper and sauté until fragrant.

Put in the fish head.

Boom the fire, cook with cooking wine and old vinegar.

Add water.

After boiling, cook for 10 minutes on medium and small fire.

Season with salt, turn over and cook for 5 minutes, then turn off the heat.

Tips:
1. After the red pepper is put into the pot, stir-fry on a low heat to prevent it from being fry
2. Because the cooking time is longer, the broth is more.
