Spicy Garlic Soy
1.
Wash the soybeans and drain.
2.
Finely chop the pepper and garlic cloves.
3.
Put the soybeans in a dry pot and fry the water over a low heat.
4.
Pour in an appropriate amount of oil and fry over medium heat until the soybeans are browned.
5.
Add minced chili and minced garlic, stir-fry for 2 minutes, add appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce and a little water, mix well, simmer for 2 minutes and let the water dry, then the pan is ready.
Tips:
The drained soybeans should be sautéed to dry the water and then fried in oil. The soybeans fryed in cold oil are more fragrant, and the problem that the beans are easy to splash when the oil is drained and then wet is avoided.
If you need more spicy, you can also add chili shells.
