Spicy Mentai Fish

Soak the dried mentai in cold water for 30 minutes to fully soak.

Squeeze the soaked dried mentai to remove the water. Separate the fish from the skin by hand. Tear into thin threads along the direction of the fish.

After tearing it up, add sugar, vinegar, and Korean chili sauce with your hands and then add chili oil.

Put the mixed salted fish in the box and put it in the refrigerator. Wait for 24 hours to eat.
