Soybean Sprouts Mentai Fish Soup

Preparation materials: dried saltwater, green onions, eggs, soybean sprouts, dried whitebait, salt, sesame oil.

Tear the dried salted fish into strips, tear off the fish head separately and put it away.

Put water in the pot, add the mentai head and whitebait and wait for the water to boil.

Tips:
Try to remove the bone spurs and back skin when tearing the mentaiko by hand.
