Spicy Stir-fried Smoked Beef

After removing the leaves of parsley, clean and cut into sections, cut into small sections of Chaotian pepper and red hot pepper, peel off the ginger and cut into shreds

Pour cold water into the pot, pour part of the ginger, and bring to a boil
